Batido de Plátano

Batido sin galletas de plátano con leche semidesnatada.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Introducir en un recipiente para batir, un vaso de leche semidesnatada bien fría, dos cucharaditas de azúcar morena, un poco de canela y un plátano de troceado.
  2. Batir todo muy bien separando al final la batidora para que genere un poco de espuma.
  3. Servir en una copa y disfrutarlo como bebida energética muy rica y saciaste. Estupenda para justo antes de hacer deporte ó para después.
