Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burgers
A tasty meatless alternative.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mash cooked sweet potato with the rest of ingredients. Form into 10 patties.
- Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 190 °C for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively, spray a pan with cooking spray. Cook the patties on each side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Note: leftovers can be wrapped and frozen.
