Protein Cookies

A fun, healthy dessert you can make for yourself!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and oil it with a bit of coconut oil.
  2. Combine coconut flour with protein powder and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Combine coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Stir vigorously until coconut oil and the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add the coconut flour mixture to the coconut oil mixture. Combine well until it forms one dough ball.
  5. Form the dough into 19 balls. Flatten them out with a spoon or fingers to form cookies.
  6. Bake in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes until the edge crispens up.
  7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool down before serving.
