Cannellonis de Poivrons Rouge

Des poivrons farcis au carré frais.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Griller les poivrons rouges à four chaud pendant 30mn pour retirer la peau (les enfermer chaud dans un récipient hermétique et laisser refroidir).
  2. Ecraser les carrés frais avec le persil, sel et poivre.
  3. Eplucher les poivrons refroidis et les ouvrir en deux sans les déchirer, les farcir de préparation au fromage et les rouler.
  4. Placer dans un plat, décorer de feuilles de basilic et ahjouter l'huile d'olive. Réserver au frais.
