Clafoutis de Courgettes, Chèvre et Saumon Fumé

Directions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180º.
  2. Couper les courgettes et les faire cuire à la vapeur.
  3. Émietter grossièrement le chèvre.
  4. Couper le saumon en lamelles.
  5. Émincer le basilic.
  6. Battre les œufs et le lait. Ajouter sel et poivre.
  7. Mettre les courgettes cuites dans un plat à gratin. Ajouter le chèvre et le mélange œufs + lait. Puis, placer les lamelles de saumon et le basilic émincé.
  8. Cuire au four pendant 40 minutes.
