Clafoutis de Courgettes, Chèvre et Saumon Fumé

Directions
- Préchauffer le four à 180º.
- Couper les courgettes et les faire cuire à la vapeur.
- Émietter grossièrement le chèvre.
- Couper le saumon en lamelles.
- Émincer le basilic.
- Battre les œufs et le lait. Ajouter sel et poivre.
- Mettre les courgettes cuites dans un plat à gratin. Ajouter le chèvre et le mélange œufs + lait. Puis, placer les lamelles de saumon et le basilic émincé.
- Cuire au four pendant 40 minutes.
