Dinkel Quark Brot

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen. Kastenform mit Backpapier auslegen.
  2. Erst Mehl, Backpulver, Haferflocken und Salz in einer Schüssel verrühren. Dann die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben und alles gut verkneten.
  3. Den Teig in die Kastenform füllen und nach Belieben dekorieren.
  4. Für ca 45 Minuten in den Ofen, bis die Kruste schön Gelb Gold ist.
  5. Genießen!
