  1. Rinse and trim chicken breasts.
  2. In crockpot layer ingredients as listed.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours.

I love this recipe!!! I use low sodium ham and low fat cheese with low sodium soup. I also get a loaf of french bread for dipping. I would recommend this recipe to anyone!!

This was a great, easy recipe to prepare in advance for the next day, but I left the cooker on too long. Wasn't ruined, but probably should have turned it off earlier.
