Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Chicken stuffed with avocado and salsa and wrapped in bacon.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice chicken in half so that you have 4 pieces.
  2. Spread avocado evenly across the chicken.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of salsa on each piece.
  4. Wrap each with bacon.
  5. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for about 30 minutes or until chicken reads 160 °F (70 °C).

I am thinking about trying this, but as I am not a fan of avocados that will be the part that makes it slightly less calories for me. Thank you for the recipe.

Easy to make. Definitely have to pound the chicken thin to receive best result for wrapping avocado and salsa in.
