Orange Spinach Smoothie

A great breakfast on the go.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Freeze Spinach and Banana if possible.
  2. Put all ingredients in blender and blend slow for 30 seconds. Make sure to try not to froth.
  3. Pour into your large glass. Plastic is not acceptable. :)
  4. Note: tastes so much better than you think and really healthy!

Reviews 
I adore green smoothies but would refrain from using orange juice and use an extra piece of fresh fruit instead and add water to keep it 100% healthy. Orange juice often contains added sugar and other ingredients.

I use this at least 3 times a week. You can change the spinach amount to your liking. I tend toward the heavy side for the nutritional value.
