Tiny drop but I’ll take it.
Plan for next week:
- Drink at least 1-2L water
- 3-4 fruit and veg
- IF 14/10 on 5/7 days
- Target calories <1900
- Move my body 5/7 days
- Be mindful of true hunger vs stress eating

Starting small so I hopefully stick to it🤞🏾. What are your targets for the week? Have a great week FS👊🏽😊.

that sounds amazing!! I'm new here and coming from a period of feelings very low and unmotivated so I'm getting back on the healthy choices track! plan for the week is to start moving again and do some form of exercise at least 4 times this week. best of luck!!

Great plan Suma! I need to drink more water too - I tend to remember to do the first three glasses and then don't think of it again for the rest of the day, but I'm starting to think that 1L is enough in winter (with my usual tons of coffee). Yeah, I'm starting small too with what I feel is attainable and then I'll gradually build from there. Hope you have a great week too! xxx

Hi Nikina, I’m trying to drink water with my coffees… hoping to make it a new habit. You’re one of the most consistent people on here. Hoping to draw lots of inspiration and knowledge from your posts. I love how you’re incorporating more activity into your daily activities. I usually walk all the way to a coffee or dinner😅, I need to stop doing that! I also have batches of protein powder I’ve never used and I’m determined not to waste them. Hope you’re having a fabulous weekend xx.

Love your plan Suma! Like Nikina I drink loads of coffee and not enough water. I'm going to add more water to plan this week following your post plus my plan is 5 days of yoga, 2x hiit
