Good stuff, Suma. I do find writing this stuff helps focus the mind. And I love to read other peoples plans too.

Thanks Marge. How is the breaking in of your birthday sneakers going?

Jamie…I’ve been chuckling away reading about your kvarg obsession 😁. How’s the pancreas holding up?

They are great Suma👟💙 I've had three runs in them and they are very comfortable and give me a new spring in my step. Much as I loved my old ones, the treads were getting very worn and a small hole was forming above my little toe.

I love shoes that don’t need breaking in. They sound fabulous 👟 🏃‍♀️ 🐕

A little obsession is good 🤣 Upper Abdominal area all doing great, the area was a bit annoyed on Friday , but with a couple of tramadol, all was good by the morning, No further treatment needed, as no new stent was put back in, so I’ve been discharged…… unless I turn jaundice again, then I’ll know the bile duct collapsed again 🤣

Thanks Nikina. Despite all the holidays, this has turned into a stressful summer of work. Ah…to be able to completely shut out the world. We have thistle in full bloom around where I walk. They are incredibly resilient despite the elements. And every summer, they rise again, a little like the human spirit. I wish I had more days where I slowed down to appreciate life.

Bet they are pleased to be finally rid of you Jamie 😂. Think you were derailing the nurses’ diets with your gifts.

Anne, my plans are very simple. I wish I had the discipline for more detailed weeks, but I don’t. All this protein talk has made rediscover the protein powder that has been neglected in the back of my kitchen cupboards. Need to find a way to incorporate them. Keep your informative posts coming. I’m learning so much x.

Suma, I can’t believe that anyone would be pleased to finally get rid of me 🤣 in fact, I think I could hear wailing as I left the building 🤣

How’s that 3-5 fruit and veg daily coming along?
02 Aug 22 by member: Jamie_D
Thank you Wifey.. I wrote a really long reply but got distracted by your gorgeous wedding photo. I couldn’t believe how quickly you got back to your fitness regime. I was crawling for months with OG covid as I was too breathless to do anything. Really pleased you’re feeling better and hopefully your sense of smell is slowly coming back.
