This is so amazing! I only quit smoking on monday and I'm loosing weight, I'm really pleased, the trick is, don't swap one bad habit like smoking for another bad habit like snacking, go to the gym instead!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I gave up smoking 18mths ago.... Was in a bad place and piled it on. So a big well done... Do u have a body buddy who can help with any slippery moments.... Have a good friend u can call on for that pushing support.... Good luck and keep going. U will feel amazing when u get through it all x

my husband has also stopped we support each other and he is also down another kilo to 103..so I'm lucky there
