Probably lost the water weight now. Down 3kg since last Monday and have kept to eating healthily.

Squeezed in two work outs but was difficult with commitments. Someone suggested doing 10 minute exercises during the day when you have time, do I will try that as taking an hour for a workout isn't easy for me at the moment. Have tried getting up at 6am but the kids hear me and get up too!

Any one found a good solution?
68.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
