Wooop! Whoop! It's Friday! Good workout, the body likes working out. I was getting stiff and sore skipping some. I would rather not hurt. Exercise eases and mostly eliminates the constant pain I used to have. If I don't work out for a while my body hurts. Didn't eat as many fruits and veggies today, forget to eat my snacks.

I know I am treading the stationary bike today.I dont know who designs the seats but I am sure they would sell more if they would put some padding on them.My backside hurts!!!!

Sandy, they make padded biker shorts. LOL. Or you can get a padded seat.
