Wooop! Whoop! It's Friday! Good workout, the body likes working out. I was getting stiff and sore skipping some. I would rather not hurt. Exercise eases and mostly eliminates the constant pain I used to have. If I don't work out for a while my body hurts. Didn't eat as many fruits and veggies today, forget to eat my snacks.
