Just updating this a bit.

2020 is getting back into exercise, following my plan more closely, I did not succeed in meeting my 2019 goals as life kept getting out of control. I actually LOVE exercise. My WOE is kind of a cross between Mayo's anti inflammatory and Mediterranean plan. It works for me. I love to cook and play with natural foods.

I would not be where I am today without my friends here on FS. My stimulus was lose 50#'s or you will have a knee replacement within a year. Not happened yet: that was in 2012. My cane is no longer used--I'm going to decorate it as a reminder. I no longer limp and walk in pain everyday. So yes!!! losing weight and getting healthier is a HUGE PLUS> I have gained a little back after staying @ goal for several years--I need to re-coup.

I have a demanding job that of course doesn't pay enough. A house full of furry and feathery critters. 3 grown daughters with spouses and 8 amazing grandkids. My 1959 ranch house is fighting me every step as it does not want to be updated. Much of the work I try to do myself. Spring is on it's way so looking forward to working on my yard and gardens. Praying that we won't have the incessant flooding rains again this spring.
