26 lbs lost, but it is slow now despite my low calorie intake. I need more exercise and new scales.

Thank you both but when it is only .1 down, it is disappointing. I took the dog out for a three mile hike this morning, (that is a lot for me).

I was just thinking I need exercise to make me burn calories. Mind you I hope it does tone the muscles.

Hello Hecate, firstly truly sorry you have covid. I am getting my third jab on Wednesday. Covid is cruel. I also hope tour other problem is alright. My prayer 🙏 and finger's are crossed for you.
