Finally, the blessed 1 stone mark! And yes it has taken me 6 months🤣. And the slowest loser award goes to.....
57 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

PiggyW, you are so right. It has to work within normal life. Anne, I have 1.4kg to lose to reach a normal bmi. I'd like to lose another 1-1.5 stone to reach my most comfortable weight🤞🤞

I don't lose with calorie counting alone, need to throw in a bit of IF or I just maintain or gain.

Halfway there then? The next milestone is 1.4kg off. You can do that in 5 weeks!

Oh, I don't underestimate the effort it takes to lose a stone. It really is a milestone and should be celebrated..........just not with cake. Lol!

Thanks Try, you're not far off either😊. @Anne, yes I usually do 14/15 hours. But if working it's easier to do 16-18hours and that's when I really see losses. I'm a dabbler really

Slow loss is good, I've got lots of baggy skin from my early 20s weight loss 😅 It was a big drop and happened too rapidly, I wish I'd taken things slower back then! Well done on hitting a stone 🥰

Yeah, I can't speak. I have been mad for cake recently. I keep being invited for afternoon tea. It seems to be a thing just now. It's the new going out.
