Back to a more reasonable weight. Target is 67 by August, so two more kilos to go.

I ate too many treats yesterday celebrating Chinese New Year with my family. Looking forward to getting to my target weight of 67kg over the next month.

Up 1.4kg due to having a McDonald's Plant burger with bun yesterday. The extra weight is going to be water retention due to the high carbs from the bread. It happens sometimes and you have a cheat/unhealthy/high carb meal. The important thing is to keep it to one meal and get back to diet the next day. One day of going off track is ok, it's when it turns into a week and continues we put all our old weight back on.

Down 600g since yesterday and walked 18000 steps. Walking is a excellent exercise as you're not stressed and don't release cortisol, which can block fat burning.
