I just started a group: Healthy Recipes where anyone can share recipes; I think even if you don't join the group. It doesn't matter what plan you are on as we are all fighting the same battle in our own ways. Someone else may benefit from what you share. I will add at least one later today and add to it as I make anything that turns out tasty.

Inspired by your lentil recipe, WFN, I've added my hummus recipe using a crock-pot to cook the chickpeas.

Doobrie it is so simple and handy as it can be used so many ways. Mixed half and half with some cooked whole spelt for breakfast, only a 1/4 cup each. Didn't get hungry until after 5pm.

Sounds like a great plan! None of the recipes I've added for approval have been approved. 🤷🏻♀️They just seem stuck in la-la land. 🙋🏻 Is this a group here on this site? If so I'll have to get off my phone and actually sign into the main application. 🙇🏻♀️
