I feel good about this week. I have stayed completely on plan, exercised as well with one rest day concentration is on core with some legs and arms in the mix. TRX workouts use your core on most everything. Today a cardio day as had to get the grass mowed before more rain this weekend. Will have at least 12,000 steps. Weight is down 3 pounds but won't log it until it is there at least 3 days in a row.

The no dairy seems to be working but is probably influenced by other factors no meat or beer. I did have to stop and use the rescue inhaler while mowing the grass due to major asthma coughing but it did settle down fairly quickly and was able to finish with no problems.

Another plus is with more energy I have gotten some simply keep up with house chores during the week so not quite as much to squeeze in the weekend. I simply feel better so even my attitude is more positive all day long.

Started this last night didn't hit the post button. 7am and the radar says rain will be here shortly, the deluge of rain will be tonight. Won't get much progress done on the coop outside in the rain, they are saying 5 inches or more.

Too funny Glen, I know if I can let mine loose in the yard their wings will have to be clipped as my fence is only 4 feet. Hope they are safe from any neighbor hood dog or cat. Mine are getting such pretty feathers, I'll have to try to post some photos this weekend. Lock the cat up in her cage for awhile so I can try.
