Not enough veggies today. No meals planned, just a wing it day. Not enough exercise though I did work on the house most of the day. Walking trucks were racing through WalMart and the 2 blocks to and from the farmers market from my car. no bike ride.
House feels better though not finished floors are scrubbed that is a big plus, less clutter, less dust, bedroom ceiling fan control is fixed, laundry is almost caught up and there is food in the frig. Will do more tomorrow after work. Cranberry beans are cooked, bread is almost done, coffee is ready to go off in the am. Taking an otc pm med to help me get some sleep before work tomorrow.
