Vegan Rice Balls
Small rice and sweet corn balls, baked with spices.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook the rice. Add sweet corn before the rice cooks completely. Let all the water evaporate, or take out the excess water.
- Add all the ingredients and mash together. Let cool.
- Make small balls with a tablespoon and cover with the bread crumbs.
- Cook in the oven on a baking dish.
- Note: eat as a snack or with a tomato and onion salad as a main.
