Yogurt Bark

Snack time just got exciting with this recipe for energy-boosting frozen yogurt bark.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put parchment paper on a baking tray and spray with fry light olive oil.
  2. Pour the yogurt out onto the sheet and spread it out.
  3. Take 8 frozen raspberries and break and sprinkle them over the top.
  4. Flake the dark chocolate square and sprinkle over the top as well.
  5. Freeze for 4 hours.
  6. Break the frozen yogurt into pieces and enjoy.
