Banana Cottage Cheese Mousse

A quick and yummy dessert with bananas, almonds, and cottage cheese!

Directions

  1. Mix banana and cottage cheese in a blender.
  2. Separate half of the mixture.
  3. Blend one part of the mixture with cocoa powder.
  4. Layer white and brown part in the serving glass.
  5. Add nuts and prune on top for decoration.
