Turkey Meatloaf

Healthier meatloaf just like mom made.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cut 3 slices off the onion and set aside. Chop the remaining onion.
  3. In a small bowl mix oats and milk and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl add turkey, oats and milk mixture, chopped onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg beaters and mix.
  5. Spread evenly in the coated baking dish and top with tomato sauce the top with sliced onion.
  6. Bake uncovered for an hour or untill 160 °F.
