Pumpkin Cake Muffins

So easy muffins with reduced sugar cake mix.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix pumpkin and cake mix together until smooth.
  2. Spoon into muffin tin (either lightly sprayed or with muffin cups).
  3. Bake as directed on cake box.

enjoyed it alot..very satisfying, and I added a fat free cream cheese frosting, it boosted the calorie count up by 15 more calories, and it helped satisfy sweet tooth a little more, but very yummy alone as well!! 4 ounces fat free cream cheese cinnamon (about a tablespoon) about a teaspoon of vanilla Splenda (about 5 tablespoons)

I use spice cake mix and add a 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup cranraisins, and a 1/4 cup walnuts. So delicious and so easy to make.
