- Взбить яичные белки.
- Смешать протеин, пюре, разрыхлитель и стружку.
- Аккуратно, порционно вмешать белки в смесь из протеина.
- Хорошенько перемешать.
- Полученную смесь разлить по формочкам.
- Поставить выпекаться на 20-25 мин в предварительно разогретую до 180 С духовку.
- Наслаждаться вкусными кексами. Приятного аппетита.
