High protein, moderate carb muffins perfect for a bodybuilding cut.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Add water and mix until you have a consistency like cake batter.
  4. Add in vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon mixture into small muffin pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked and lightly brown.
