Limonada con Pepino

Bebidas que nos refresquen, nos quiten la sed y que al mismo tiempo no contengan mucha azúcar y calorías.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. En una licuadora agrega el pepino, el jugo de limón, o el azúcar de dieta o normal, y agua.
  2. Licua hasta que el pepino esta bien molido. Cuela la mezcla.
  3. Sirvela con hielo.

De los limones y el pepino un pepino tiene aproximadamente 6 g de carbohidratos, por otro lado increiblemente las 4 piezas de limon contienen 21 gramos de carbohidratos!!
