Tuna Avocado Salad

A creamy tuna salad with a bit of a kick and good fats only.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash avocado with lime juice, black pepper and onion until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Add chopped cilantro leaves, chopped jalapeno and tuna.
  3. Serve over a salad or as a dip with blanched carrots, cauliflower or broccoli.

Reviews 
I enjoyed this, but without the jalapenos (not a fan), but added some chopped celery instead. Still very good, using the avocado instead of mayonnaise (also not a mayo fan). I may try it with leftover chicken as well to make a chicken salad.

Love It!! Cut out the jalapenos, because my fiance doesn't like them, I did add a little bit of garlic and can I say "YUMMY"!

I made this with a couple slices of tomato and leaf lettuce and put it in 1/2 a pita - - YUMMY!!!
