Dinkelbrötchen

Brot ohne ei und hefe, aber mit buttermilch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mehl, Backpulver, Salz und Dinkelflocken mischen.
  2. Buttermilch und Honig verrühren.
  3. Alles gut miteinander verkneten und daraus 4 Rollen formen. Nach Belieben garniert.
  4. Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 °C etwa 30 Minuten backen.
