Cauliflower roasted in the oven with olive oil and spices.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Drain well.
- Toss in olive oil and put in large baking dish. Sprinkle seasonings (like Mrs. Dash) all over.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until tender and browned.

I sprayed the florettes with olive oil and sprinkled with Paula Deens House Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powders).
