Directions

  1. Esquente o óleo de coco na frigideira e em seguida coloque as aveias (laminadas ou em flocos grossos). Mexa com uma espátula como se estivesse refogando elas.
  2. Adicione o adoçante na frigideira e continuar mexendo para não grudar.
  3. Quando estiver douradinho, mas sem queimar, desligue e adicione o coco ralado, passas de uva, sementes de chia e outros ingredientes de sua preferência.
  4. Conserve em um pote de vidro bem fechado para ela se manter crocante.
