I have been to the Southern branch of the family for the Jubilee weekend and what a great time I've had! I decided to put the diet on hold for a week so that I wouldn't put anyone to any trouble and just ate what the family ate, plus of course the barbecue and food on the go when we were watching the flotilla down the Thames getting very wet. Now back to whatever constitutes for normal.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
