Still the same, no excuse except having problems walking. We went to a Steam engine rally yesterday and I needed to sit down several times because my knees ached! I think I might try more walking....

For the last few weeks I've been the same weight, too much to do to plan my meals- at least I haven't put any weight on!

Yesterday was Father's Day here in England and of course we went out for a late evening meal and what I wanted to eat- turkey and veg wasn't available, so fish and fries- took the batter off the fish, so careful eating called for today.

Well what a week- I've got arthritis round my right knee and now it seems I am loosing cartelidge as well, so the front of my knee is rubbing against my thigh bone, all very painful. had an injection and told to rest my leg for a few days. Also I had to have one of my cats put to sleep, very upsetting. Henry is not used to being the only cat in the house, so I decided to get another one for him. Minnie is the new addition, Henry hasn't been in the house for 2 days but finally came in today, maybe life can get to normal now!
