This is the start I needed, my after sickness bug weight is a half stone less than it was before I started, this is a whole 8 days after the thing started so I really shall have to try and take advantage of this. Fingers crossed.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
