I went for my weigh in at SW, last week I'd put on 3.5lbs over Christmas, so I decided New Year, new start. This week's weigh in I'd lost 1.5lbs, I have also lost 1" off my waist. I am going to do 1 week's menus again, this helps me keep track, as does the exercise diary on fs website
79.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
