Well a whole week, mostly less than 1000 cals per day and all I've got to show for it is one measly pound. As 140 lbs is only my "initial" target this is gonna be one long haul :(
69.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I haven't dared to weigh yet! Our electronic scales make a quiet beeping noise when switched on which David seems to be able hear no matter where he is in the house or garden ... and then I get a relentless Spanish Inquisition as to what I weigh and why I haven't lost anything. So I don't want to weigh till.hes safely out at work ... sometime never!.....

Lovely day out today with my buddy maria. Lots of walking at trago and around stover lake .. beautiful in the sunshine
