I'm 59, married with 1 grown up daughter and 2 lovely granddaughters aged 17 & 8. I took very early retirement from the NHS (finance) in Nov 2016 .. and have never been happier!
Used to be very slim and active in my twenties but gained a lot of weight due to ill health in my early thirties and have found it extremely hard to loose any since then, but very easy to put it on! I must've tried every diet under the sun but none have ever worked for very long. I cant exercise hardly at all due to a bad leg & back problems … I need an easy to stick to diet that I can stay on forever but not feel hungry so I am now trying the ketogenic diet (low carb, high fat) as suggested by a friend …. and so far it seems to be working.
