One week in, and 3 lbs lost! :)
This is the first time ever that I have lost more than 2 lbs in a week (even 1st week) NB I have dieted many, many times before.....
70.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
