Birthday eating, but hopefully water weight which should fall of over the next week.

Although it was nice to eat sugary treats and bread I did feel 'drunk' within a few moments, and half awake. Not a nice feeling!

Some full body weight training and HIT this morning to help me get back into ketosis.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You'll lose it in no time. The body can store approximately 350g of glycogen (glucose in storage). With this it will store approximately 4x that in water or about 1400g. All totaled you can gain up to 4lbs when you add carbs back into your diet. That can be in addition to any extra water weight you may have at the moment.

just realised. If it was your birthday then a belated happy birthday :)Problem is that I usually manage my fatsecret info with my mobile and it has limited info on there. I need to come on line more to access full info

Hey Jac - yes I find the mobile app great for recording eating but terrible for the social aspect of fatsecret. If someone emails me there is no notification on the app and I have to check on the desktop to see the mails.
