Birthday eating, but hopefully water weight which should fall of over the next week.
Although it was nice to eat sugary treats and bread I did feel 'drunk' within a few moments, and half awake. Not a nice feeling!
Some full body weight training and HIT this morning to help me get back into ketosis.
