I debated logging this. But it is what it is. Have managed 2 days of 12 hour IF this weekend. 72 hour work week ahead and a lot of catching up to do. The challenge will be to avoid eating when stressed and overwhelmed.
Goals for the week
- IF >12hours 5 days this week
- Daily workout, length irrelevant, just to get my body moving
- Practice grace and try to be more self aware
- Protect my mental health and peace of mind
- Try and bring calories <2000 this week as have been consuming close to 3000 daily calories
- 3-5 fruit and vegetables
55.9 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have my goals this week too my lovely, assisted by Anne'ssuggestion, I'm hoping for a couple of lbs this week as I've not lost for a couple of weeks. Good luck xx

Thanks Ellie…I managed 12 hours but it was a battle. It’s funny how your body changes when you let food habits go. I used to do 14-16hour fasts without any hassle, just need to retrain this body of mine. I want to like green tea 🍵, I just don’t. I’ve tried so many different brands😔
