Pleased not to be gaining, but would be nice to lose even a little at this point😂. The 4th month of plateau continues. Would love to know how you have dealt with a plateau and what got you moving again. Have a wonderful weekend my lovely FS friends. It is a glorious sunny day here…I am counting all my blessings today and trying to practice gratitude😊.
53.6 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try walking 10k steps everyday if you are not already, you will burn 350-400 calories depending on your walking speed.

I’ve learnt to be in a calorie deficit. Walking helps. Gain a few pounds since I was on holiday. Back to the grind.

If you've plateaued the only way to kick start your weight loss once more is to cut the calories and up the exercise. Just for a week, try to reduce your intake by 300 calories (vegetables are low in cals and filling so I blend lots of vegies for soup) and try to do an hour's active movement each day. I think that should get you on a downward slope again!

Hi Chillgilly, I’ve been loathe to cut calories but I think you’re right. It will have to be done😭. I’m going to give it another week and if nothing shifts then I’ll have to bite the bullet.

Suma, I don't really have any advice, but I agree with Jamie that not gaining is a win. I think giving it another week would be a good idea. You're actually doing great so just hang in there! Hope you're enjoying your weekend so far and not working too hard! ☀️🤗💕

Nadia, thank you for saying that..how are you my lovely? Can’t believe how amazingly strong you are🥰. I really need to get down to the low 50s to feel my best. It’s not the number, it’s how I feel in my skin. I hope that makes sense.
