Just not going well any more :(. Upped the thyroid to the original advice but that is only extra 12.5 mcg. did that yesterday and was so hungry in middle of night I had a sandwich and more cottage cheese, that and the steroids making me even hungrier. Very sad.
144.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 55.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

LadyD...it's murder when u have to take the steroids AND the thyroid isnt 💯,,I usually need prednisole for my lungs&my inhalers plus my thyroid medication took forever to find a level...I feel you BUT it will settle, maybe now ur thyroid meds are up a bit, ul notice a difference,,big hugs 🤗🤗
