I’ve put on a bit of weight today. It’s my own fault. 😢
106 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree with Nutricali and Pawz1 and like chestnut said you will get back on track. We all get off the wagon and it’s allowed as long as you get back on it. 💪🏽😊

There will be ups and downs if you keep the diet too tight it will fail but it’s not something that ends in a few months calorie control is for Life if you want to keep the weight Off I started 18 June 2017 and basically gone in the right direction but I have slipped up along the way just keep persevering 💪
