Ok so today I make a start, (again) this time not for the quick fix but for the long haul, and really try to get myself under control,
breakfast, one cracker with cucumber slices, and a teensy bit of vegan mayo to stop it falling off the cracker,
70 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
