appart from gorging on indonesian curried veggies last night I did really well, 3 hours cross country tour cycling.... 17000 steps, OH my poor knees! but I lost more weigh! great landscape
68.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
