Weekly weigh in stayed the same. Last weeks daily average intake was 1949 cals. Friday was showing a 3 pound loss but wine and lots of food weekend and it still 10st 4lbs. Back on the porridge this morning.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dave because there is difficulty in get eggs I am now eating Granola in the morning instead of boiled eggs and bread, is that not supposed to be good. I'll soon be as fit as you I wish!

Chestnut I love granola and it is good for you. I also love eggs but only one or two per week because I am keeping cholesterol levels low and eggs are high. Your doing great mate.

Dave because I haven't been able to get my weekly quote of 18 eggs , I have brought Granola, porridge and flavoured oats. Dave please keep well and safe mate.
