One pound loss last week.Average daily intake 2100 cals. Would have been a lot better until the weekend arrived. My partner surprised me , she took me out Friday evening for Italian Food and drinks. Saturday late afternoon 2 pals called by and dragged me to the pub for a few beers. Surprised at any loss to be fair!
64.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats why we are good for the majority of the time. So that you can enjoy fine food, drinks and company from time to time. Guilt free!
