I didn't have the glass of wine! One of my fasting days today and I forgot to measure the porridge oats. I think that i may also make my vegetable soup for later. Weighed myself and I lost 1lb.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
